The Flexible Layer Depalletizer consists of a pallet handling system, a robot layer picker and a versatile layer unscrambling table, used to single line and orientate cartons on their way to the sortation process.

The revolutionary Flexible Layer Depalletizer can handle almost any product found in the retail distribution centre.  The robot unscrambling head moves carefully under each layer, fully supporting the products during the depalletizing process.  Once the layer has been stripped from the pallet the products are fed over an integrated conveying system to the unscrambling table.

This new Flexible Layer Depalletizer is extremely compact in design and can be fixed to a spherical robot, offering robotic picking systems with maximum flexibility and multiple pallet pick locations.  Its low height and lack of vacuum attachments also makes the machine easy to maintain and extremely quiet.
