The consultancy for production line optimalisation can be divided in two categories:

Consultancy

• We offer an initial investigation, Quickscan as we call it, of existing production lines aimed at achieving an optimum efficiency in your production process and check the ROI or justification of the project.
• Further more in-depth studies are possible.  The scope of work with deliverables and planning will be agreed in advance between the client and CSi.
• The CSi studies distinguish themselves by the very pragmatic approach and short delivery time and solutions based on 40 years of experience in material handling.
  

Quotation consultancy

• Before CSi is able to present a fixed price quotation, in most occasions a site visit will be required to be able to judge client products (“look and feel”  the products to be handled) and  also a site survey is very important in order to check the possibilities of the conveyor route and space available for machines.
